The CIS Lab has been awarded a New Frontier Grant from the Cornell College of Arts and Sciences. In the project “Engaging Multi-Scalar Dynamics in Trans-Asia Infrastructures,” the CIS Lab and Shaoling Ma (Associate Professor of Asian studies) will investigate how the development of the Lao PDR-Thailand-Malaysia-Singapore Power Integration Project (LTMS-PIP) will affect people and cultures across Asia.
